果香型诱食剂在育肥羊饲粮中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：试验旨在通过测定育肥羊的生长性能、营养物质表观消化率、免疫指标、血清生化指标和瘤胃发酵参数,研究果香型诱食剂在玉米-豆粕型饲粮(S)和杂粕型饲粮(M)中应用的效果。将63头“杜×寒”杂交公羊按体重相近原则随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复7只羊,分别在两种饲粮中添加400 mg/kg的果香型诱食剂GP。对照组(CON组)为S饲粮;SG组为S饲粮+GP;MG组为M饲粮+GP。预试期7 d,正式试验期90d。试验结束前7 d进行消化试验。结果显示:各组间育肥羊的生长性能、营养物质表观消化率、血清免疫生化指标及瘤胃发酵参数均差异不显著(P>0.05)。SG组和MG组育肥羊的平均日采食量均高于CON组,SG组育肥羊的平均日采食量高于MG组。研究表明,与豆粕型饲粮相比,杂粕型饲粮会降低育肥羊的采食量,且杂粕型饲粮中添加400 mg/kg的GP后,育肥羊的采食量可达到与豆粕型饲粮几乎相同的水平,GP起到了一定的诱食效果。The experiment was to study the effect of fruity feeding promoting agent in corn-soybean meal diet(A)and miscellaneous meal diet(M)by measuring the growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,immune index,serum biochemical parameters and rumen fermentation parameters of fattening lambs.63’Dorper×Thin-tailed Han’rams were randomly divided into three groups,with three replicates in each group and seven rams in each replicate,400 mg/kg fruity feeding promoting agent GP was added to two diets.Control group(CON group)was S diet,SG group was S diet+GP,MG group was M diet+GP.The pre-experiment lasted for 7 d,the formal experimental period was 90 d.Digestion and metabolism tests were carried out 7 d before the end of the experiment.The results showed that there was no significant difference in growth performance,apparent digestibility of nutrients,serum immune biochemical indexes and rumen fermentation parameters among groups(P>0.05).The average daily feed intake of SG group and MG group was numerically higher than that of CON group,and the average daily feed intake of SG group was higher than that of MG group.The study indicates that compared with soybean meal-based diets,mixed meal-based diets reduce feed intake of fatting sheep,after adding 400 mg/kg of GP to miscellaneous meal type diet,the feed intake of the fattening sheep can reach the same level as that of soybean meal type diet,and the GP has a certain effect of attracting food.
