摘 要:二代高温超导带材(REBCO)由于成品率的限制,其单根长度普遍都在百米量级,不能满足实际应用需求。为了得到更长的带材,一般采用焊接的接头方式来连接带材。焊接接头电阻的大小会影响线圈或者电缆的稳定运行。主要研究超导带材之间的接头焊接工艺。首先通过建立模型对不添加层间电阻时REBCO带材各焊接厚度、焊接长度及不同面焊接的接头电阻进行仿真模拟,然后使用研制的加压加热焊接平台实验探究了不同焊接长度及不同焊接压力下焊锡层的厚度和对应的接头电阻,得到了不同条件下的焊锡与高温超导带材之间的层间接触电阻率的数值,采用了与接触面积相关的一个参量,大约为4.888×10^(-12)Ω·m^(2),并把这一数值加入仿真软件以修正模拟结果。模拟结果与实验结果非常吻合,为后续带材和电缆的接头电阻的估算和加工工艺奠定基础。Due to the limitation of the yield of the second-generation high-temperature superconducting(HTS)tape,the length of a single tape is generally in the order of 100 meters,which cannot meet the needs of practical applications.In order to obtain longer tapes,welded joints are generally used to connect the tapes.The resistance of the welded joint affects the stable operation of the coil or cable.In this paper the joints welding process of the REBCO tapes was studied.Firstly,by establishing a model to simulate the joint resistance of different welding thickness,length and different sides of the REBCO tapes without adding interlayer resistance.Then,the developed pressure heating welding platform was used to investigate the thickness of the solder layer and the corresponding joint resistance under different welding lengths and different welding pressures,and the interlayer contact resistance between the solder and the HTS tape was obtained under different conditions.A parameter related to the contact area was used,which was about 4.888×10^(-12)Ω·m^(2),and this value was added to the simulation software to correct the simulation results.It lays the foundation for the estimation and processing technology of the joint resistance of the cable.
