摘  要:以τ形肋片为研究对象,以最大热阻最小化为优化目标,基于构形优化理论,研究了肋片主干和分支的结构参数对目标函数的影响。结果表明:肋片主干结构对肋片性能的影响较大,而肋片分支结构则对肋片性能的影响很小,可以忽略不计。同时,得到了该模型的最优构形,即当L_(1)/L_(0)=0.194和t_(1)/t_(0)=6时,最优目标值为(R_(1))_(min)=45.2033。In this paper, the τ-shaped fin was taken as the research object, and the optimization objective is to minimize the maximum thermal resistance. Based on the configuration optimization theory, the influence of the structural parameters of the fin trunk and branches on the objective function was studied. The results show that the rib trunk structure has a great influence on the fin performance, while the fin branch structure has little effect on the fin performance and can be ignored. At the same time, the optimal configuration of the model is obtained, that is, when L_(1)/L_(0)=0.194andt_(1)/t_(0)=6, the optimal target value is (R_(1))_(min)=45.2033.
