摘  要:以江苏省淮安市一次臭氧重度污染为例,通过研究分析臭氧污染过程特征及成因,为江苏省臭氧污染防控提供科学依据。2021年5月30日至6月1日江苏省淮安市出现了一次臭氧重污染过程,本文利用常规气象资料、环境监测数据和WRF-CMAQ-ISAM模式系统分析臭氧污染特征,并且计算传输对淮安的贡献。结果表明,5月31日淮安市达重度污染,当日垂直与水平扩散条件一般,污染物容易累积,臭氧峰值主要受上午臭氧垂直扩散以及午后水平传输共同影响,前一日上风向的高浓度臭氧有一定贡献。从城市来源看,淮安本地贡献大,贡献率为16.0%,其次是上风向的南京和扬州,贡献率分别为13.8%和7.6%。提前预警和联防联控是做好臭氧污染治理工作的关键,各地应利用预测预警技术,至少提前一天控制本市和上风向城市的排放,才能切实减轻臭氧污染。In this paper,taking a severe ozone pollution process in Huai ’an City,Jiangsu Province as an example,the characteristics and causes of ozone pollution process were analyzed to provide scientific basis for ozone pollution prevention and control. From May 30 to June 1,2021,a heavy ozone pollution process occurred in Huai ’an City,Jiangsu Province. Using conventional meteorological data,environmental monitoring data and WRF-CMAQ-ISAM model system,the characteristics of ozone pollution was analyzed,and the contribution of transmission was calculated. The results showed that on May 31,Huai ’an city was heavily polluted. The vertical and horizontal diffusion conditions were general,and the pollutants were easy to accumulate. The ozone peak was mainly affected by the vertical diffusion of ozone in the morning and the horizontal transmission in the afternoon,and the high concentration ozone in the upwind direction of the previous day contributed to a certain extent.From the perspective of pollution sources,the local contribution of Huaian contributed most,with a contribution rate of 16. 0%,followed by the upwind contribution of Nanjing and Yangzhou,with a contribution rate of 13. 8% and 7. 6% respectively. Early warning and joint prevention and control are the key to ozone pollution control. Local governments should use prediction and early warning technology to control the emissions of the city and upwind cities at least one day in advance,so as to effectively reduce ozone pollution.
