四川省废弃物焚烧行业二噁英排放现状及“十四五”排放预测

摘　　要：以2015~2019年四川省持久性有机污染物统计报表数据为依据,分析了四川省废弃物焚烧行业二噁英排放现状。结果显示:2019年,四川省废弃物焚烧行业二噁英排放量为41553.11mgTEQ,占全省二噁英排放总量23%,是继炼钢生产行业之后,排名第二的二噁英贡献源,其中生活垃圾焚烧行业二噁英排放量最大,危废焚烧行业二噁英排放强度最高。结合废弃物焚烧行业规划,预测出“十四五”期间四川省废弃物焚烧行业二噁英排放量,提出防控措施建议。Based on the statistical annual report of persistent organic pollutants in Sichuan Province from 2015 to 2019 in Sichuan Province,the Dioxin Emission Status of waste incineration industry in Sichuan Province was analyzed.The results showed that 2019,the dioxin emission of waste incineration industry in Sichuan Province was 41553.11 mgTEQ,accounting for 23%of the total dioxin emissions in the province,ranking second source of dioxin contribution after the steel-making industry.The domestic waste incineration industry had the largest dioxin emissions,and the hazardous waste incineration industry had the highest dioxin emission intensity.Combined with the waste incineration industry planning,the Dioxin emissions of waste incineration industry in Sichuan Province during the"14th five-year Plan"were predicted,and the prevention and control measures were proposed.
