摘  要:为充分发挥《排污单位自行监测技术指南电镀工业》(HJ 985-2018)的作用,指导电镀工业排污单位更科学规范地开展自行监测,对标准制定的背景、框架结构和总体思路进行了阐述,同时围绕自行监测方案中的废水、废气、厂界噪声和周边环境质量监测,详细梳理了设置监测点位、选取监测指标和确定监测频次的考虑因素,明确了自行监测工作的信息记录内容,并结合典型案例对使用过程中需要注意的重点事项进行了强调说明,旨在帮助标准使用者准确理解和掌握标准要点,以便更好地推进标准的实施。In order to give full play to the role of“Self-monitoring technology guidelines for pollution sources-Electroplating industry”(HJ 985-2018),and guide the pollutant discharging agencies of electroplating industry to carry out self-monitoring in a more scientific and standardized way,the background,framework structure and the compilation ideas of the standard formulation were introduced.According to the monitoring of waste water,exhaust emission,noise pollution and the surrounding environmental quality in the self-monitoring scheme,the consideration factors of setting monitoring points,selecting monitoring indexes and determining monitoring frequency were discussed in detail.The information record content of self-monitoring work is clarified.Combined with typical examples,some key issues were emphasized,which help the standard users accurately understand and master the key points of the standard,and better promote its implementation.
