摘  要:由于成分复杂,在土壤中有机氯农药分析测定的前处理、仪器分析、定性定量等环节,基质效应均会产生不同程度的影响。为提高工作效率和测定结果的准确性、可靠性和精密性,近些年来传统分析方法得到不断优化,同时新方法和新技术也不断涌现。对土壤中有机氯农药的萃取方法、净化方法和检测方法进行分类,介绍其原理和优缺点,综述其应用和发展现状,并就未来的发展趋势进行了展望。Due to the complex composition,the matrix effect will have varying degrees of impact on the pretreatment,instrumental analysis,qualitative and quantitative analysis of the determination of organochlorine pesticides in soil.In order to improve efficiency and accuracy,reliability and precision of the determination results,the traditional analysis methods have been continuously optimized in recent years,and new methods and technologies have also been emerging.In this paper,the extraction methods,purification methods and detection methods of organochlorine pesticides in soil were classified,and their principles,advantages and disadvantages were introduced,their application and development status were summarized,and the future development trend was prospected.
