摘 要:利用Star-CCM+软件,以PPTC(Potsdam Propeller Test Case)螺旋桨为研究对象,选用Realizable k-ε湍流模型和Schnerr&Sauer空泡模型,对螺旋桨在敞水和存在空泡条件下的水动力学性能进行探究。研究结果表明:桨叶表面的空泡分布情况与试验结果的吻合度良好,螺旋桨推力系数和扭矩系数的数值计算结果十分准确;桨叶表面的空泡分布与压力分布有关。利用Q准则探究桨叶的三维泄涡结构及其发展规律,结果发现,梢涡的脱落频率与空泡数之间存在关联性。The hydrodynamic performance of the propeller under open water and cavitation condition is studied with Star-CCM+ software, where PPTC(Potsdam Propeller Test Case) propeller is taken as the research object, and the Realizable k-ε turbulence model and Schnerr & Sauer cavitation model are selected as the test models. The study shows that the cavitation distribution on the blade surface of propeller is in good agreement with the experimental results. The numerical calculation results of the propeller thrust coefficient and torque coefficient are also very accurate. The analysis of the pressure distribution on the blade surface shows that the cavitation distribution is related to the pressure distribution. Then Q-Criterion is used to explore the three-dimensional vortex shedding structure and its development rules and find there is a correlation between the shedding frequency of the tip vortex and the cavitation number.
