魏荆线混输原油固相沉积实验研究

摘  要:针对魏荆线首站储罐和泵前过滤器处频繁出现了周期性的堵塞问题,以脱蜡油、双江油及其混合原油为研究对象,开展组分分析、流变实验和沉积特性实验,探讨了混合原油的沉积特征。结果表明:双江油中胶质以及沥青质重组分含量比脱蜡油低10.21%,脱蜡油更容易在输送过程中发生沉积;在脱蜡油与双江油掺混比为1:1.5、温度从75℃降低至35℃时,原油黏度从39.8mPa·s增长至1310mPa·s;随着双江油比例的增高,能明显降低沉积物首次析出温度以及沉积量,故建议增加掺混原油中双江油比例。Because of the frequent periodic clogging of storage tanks and pumps in the first station of Weijing Line,dewaxed oil,Shuangjiang oil,and their mixed crude oil were taken as the research objects to carry out component analysis,rheological experiment and sedimentation character-istics experiment,and to discuss the sedimentation characteristics of mixed crude oil.The results show that glue and asphaltene recombination content in Shuangjiang oil is 10.21%lower than that in dewaxed oil,and dewaxed oil is more likely to deposit during transportation.The viscosity of crude oil increases from 39.8 mPa·s to 1310 mPa·s when the mixture ratio of dewaxed oil to Shuangjiang oil is 1:1.5 and the temperature decreases from 75℃to 35℃.As the proportion of Shuangjiang oil increases,the first precipitation temperature and deposition amount of sediment can be significantly re-duced.Therefore,it is suggested to increase the balance of Shuangjiang oil in blended crude oil.
