某市化工企业环境风险识别与防控对策研究

摘　　要：文章基于某市化工企业环境风险调查情况,识别了该市环境风险工艺、设备和环境风险物质,分析了该市化工企业在环境风险防控措施方面中存在的问题,针对性的提出了合理选址优化布局,化工企业入园区、强化环境风险源的管理、强化大气预测预警能力、提高企业事故应急池和雨水收集池的应急能力、规范化工企业各类管网和收集系统、使用围堰-雨水收集池或事故应急池-污水处理系统三级防控等对策。此外,企业应加强培训和巡检规范管理,不断优化和提升化工企业的环境风险防控系统,从而降低化工企业环境风险。Based on the environmental risk situation of chemical factories in a city,the study analyzed the problems existing in the environmen-tal risk prevention and control measures of chemical enterprises.It was putted forward countermeasures that rational site selection and optimization of layout,entry of chemical enterprises into the park,strengthening the management of environmental risk sources,strengthening the ability of atmo-spheric prediction and early warning,improving the closure measures of environmental risk units,enhancing the emergency capacity of factories acci-dent emergency pool and rainwater collection pool,standardizing various pipe networks and collection systems,and using three-level prevention and control of cofferdam-rainwater collection pool or accident emergency poo-sewage treatment system.In addition,factories should intensify train and patrol inspect,standardize management,continuously optimize and improve the environmental risk prevention and control system,to reduce the envi-ronmental risk of chemical factories.
