摘 要:受相邻工作面和本工作面强烈采动影响,采区准备巷道会呈现出围岩应力集中、变形加大的特点,巷道支护较为困难。本文以余吾煤业为工程背景,通过数值模拟对余吾煤业北翼采区准备大巷受到工作面开采扰动的应力和塑性区进行分析,提出注浆改性,补强支护,切缝卸压三项围岩加固措施,并进行现场矿压观测和工业性实验。研究表明:通过注浆、加固提高巷道围岩的整体性,充分发挥巷道围岩的自承能力,同时采取适当的卸方式进行卸压,将巷道围岩浅部的应力传递到深部,显著降低了围岩变形与破坏。Due to the strong mining influence of adjacent working face and this working face,the preparatory roadway in mining area will show the characteristics of surrounding rock stress concentration and deformation increase,and the roadway support is difficult.This paper takes Yuwu Coal industry as the engineering background,through numerical simulation,the stress and plastic zone of preparation main roadway disturbed by working face mining are analyzed,put forward modified grouting,supporting,reasonable unloading three measures,and carry out on-site ore pressure observation and industrial experiment.Research shows that:improve the integrity of the roadway surrounding rock by grouting,reinforcing,give full play to the bearing capacity of the surrounding rock of roadway,take appropriate way of unloading for unloading at the same time.By transferring the stress from the shallow part of roadway surrounding rock to the deep part,the deformation and failure of surrounding rock are significantly reduced.
