摘　　要：重组蛋白质的分离纯化是生物制药工业化生产的关键之一,其中柱层析技术是重组蛋白分离纯化的重要手段之一。本文将对柱层析技术的原理,柱层析种类以及柱层析在蛋白质纯化中的应用进行阐述。The separation and purification of recombinant proteins is one of the keys to the industrial production of biopharmaceuticals,and column chromatography is one of the important methods for the separation and purification of recombinant proteins.In this paper,the principle of column chromatography,the types of column chromatography and the application of column chromatography in protein purification will be described.
