摘  要:针对古城煤矿使用充填采矿技术对“三下”压煤进行开采的问题,将该煤矿的煤矸石作为充填骨料,以水泥、粉煤灰为胶结剂制备胶结料浆,开展了适用于古城煤矿的“三下”开采充填体强度及配比优化研究。采用正交试验设计进行煤矸石、水泥、粉煤灰胶结充填体强度试验,借助极差、方差的结果分析充填体早期、后期强度影响因素的敏感性。研究结果表明:影响充填体强度最显著因素为水泥掺量,粉煤灰掺量对早期强度影响较小,但对后期强度影响明显,膏体质量浓度对充填体强度影响最小;确定的最优配比为料浆浓度82%,水泥:煤矸石:粉煤灰为1:8:1。Gucheng Coal Mine is type of three-underground mine.The purpose of this paper is to solve the mining problem of"three under"with filling mining technology.Cemented backfill body were produced by taking gangue from Gucheng Coal Mine as filling aggregate,and ordinary portland cement and fly ash as cementing agent.The research on the strength and ratio optimization of backfill body suitable for Gucheng Coal Mine was carried out.The strength test of cemented backfill with coal gangue,cement and fly ash carried out by using three factors and four levels orthogonal experiment and sensitivity of the factors affecting the strength of backfill in the early and late stages was analyzed by means of the results of range and variance.The result of research shows that the most significant factor affecting the strength of backfill is the content of cement,the content of fly ash has little influence on the early strength,significant influence on the late strength,and the mass concentration has the least influence on the strength of backfill.The optimal matching scheme of gangue backfill material is slurry mass fraction of 82%,the ratio of cement,coal gangue and fly ash are 1:8:1.
