摘  要:随着煤矿智能化建设稳步推行,对智能采矿人才的需求越来越大。传统采矿工程升级改造到智能采矿工程是所有矿业类高校发展的必然趋势。然而,在智能采矿工程专业建设初期探索阶段,存在智能采矿教学内容与智能煤矿发展的“不同步”、师资力量与教学课程建设的“不匹配”、课程体系与人才培养目标的“不对应”问题。建设智能采矿工程专业任重而道远,需要全方位调研智能化煤炭企业、一流高校及供应商,充分吸纳企业与高校智能化建设成果,梳理智能化煤炭建设行业标准,探索智能采矿工程专业课程教学内容体系,构建“产-学-研”智能采矿工程专业人才培养新模式。实现课程建设与智能矿山建设紧密联动、同步更新,实现人才培养与企业需求相结合。With the steady implementation of intelligent construction in coal mines,there is an increasing demand for intelligent mining tal-ents.Upgrading from traditional mining engineering to intelligent mining engineering is the inevitable trend of the development of all mining colleges and universities.However,in the initial exploration stage of intelligent mining engineering specialty construction,there are some problems,such as the asynchronous development of intelligent mining teaching content and intelligent coal mine,the mismatch between teachers and teaching curriculum construction,and the mismatch between curriculum system and talent training objectives.The construction of intelligent mining engineering specialty has a long way to go.We need to comprehensively investigate intelligent coal enterprises,first-class universities and suppliers,fully absorb the intel-ligent construction achievements of enterprises and universities,sort out the industrial standards of intelligent coal construction,explore the teaching content system of intelligent mining engineering specialty,and build a new talent training mode of“production,study and research”intelligent mining engineering specialty.Realize the close linkage and synchronous update between curriculum construction and intelligent mine construction,and real-ize the combination of talent training and enterprise needs.
