摘  要:针对目前溶剂型防火涂料必须要配套防腐底漆以及VOC高的问题,本文通过将SILIKOPONⒸEF有机硅氧烷杂化树脂与液态石油树脂互配,然后与无卤阻燃膨胀体系、防腐防锈填料物理共混均匀,以DynasylanⒸAMEO为固化剂,成功开发出了一款双组份高固体分的防火防腐涂料。结果表明当聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、季戊四醇的用量分别为25%、12%、9%时,防火防腐涂料燃烧后碳化层稳定密实,耐火极限高,膨胀倍数到达45倍,1 mm防火涂料燃烧90 min背板温度150℃,盐雾可以到达1000 h以上,拉拔附着力到达6.5 MPa,成功的解决了防火涂料多涂层施工的不便利性防火涂料易脱落以及溶剂型防火涂料施工高VOC含量引起的环境污染。In order to solve the problem that the solvent-based fire-retardant coatings must be matched with anticorrosive primer and high VOC,the silkopon EF hybrid resin was mixed with liquid petroleum resin,then,a twocomponent,high-solid,fire-resistant and corrosion-resistant coating was developed by mixing it with halogen-free,flame-retardant and anti-rust filler and Dynasylan Ameo as curing agent.The results showed that when the dosage of ammonium polyphosphate,melamine and pentaerythritol was 25%,12%and 9%,respectively,the carbonized layer was stable and dense,the fire-resistant limit was high,and the expansion ratio reached 45 times,with 1 mm fireproof coating,burning 90 min and back plate temperature of 150℃,salt spray can reached over 1000 h,drawing adhesion can reach 6.5 MPa,it successfully solved the inconvenience of multi-coating fire-retardant coatings and the environmental pollution caused by high VOC content in solvent-based fire-retardant coatings.
