摘  要:以钛矿为原料,采用固相法方式、间歇式工艺进行酸解反应,研究了硫酸法制取颜料级钛白粉的酸解工艺,通过单因素分析了酸解投料方式、酸矿比、硫酸浓度、蒸汽的加入与加量、压缩空气的使用、酸解操作与控制等对酸解率的影响。实验结果表明,当矿酸比在2.10时酸解率达到97.64%,当原始酸在91%~94%之间、反应酸浓度控制在81%~89%之间、压缩空气压头在0.25~0.8 MPa、熟化时间控制在60~150 min之间,能够满足工业生产需求,且能得到最优产品。Taking titanium ore as raw material,using acid decomposition solid phase method to decompose,and batch process for acid hydrolysis reaction,the process of preparing pigment-grade titanium dioxide by sulfuric acid method was studied,and the influence of the acid hydrolysis feeding method,acid-ore ratio,sulfuric acid concentration,steam addition and dosage,compressed air use,acid hydrolysis operation and control,etc,on the acid hydrolysis rate was discussed.The experimental results showed that when the mineral acid ratio was 2.10,the acidolysis rate reached 97.64%,the original acid was between 91%and 94%,and the reaction acid concentration was controlled between 81%and 89%,the compressed air pressure head was at 0.25~0.8 MPa,the curing time was controlled between 60~150 min to meet the needs of industrial production,and the best product can be obtained.
