摘  要:建立HPLC法测定保济丸中厚朴酚、和厚朴酚含量测定的方法。采用HPLC法,SHIMADZU C_(18)色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水-冰醋酸(60∶40∶4);流速:1.0 mL/min;柱温:30℃。结果表明厚朴酚、和厚朴酚在27.4~274μg/mL、25.44~254.4μg/mL浓度范围与峰面积有很好的线性关系(r=0.9993、r=0.9992),厚朴酚平均回收率分别为97.5%,RSD=0.53%、和厚朴酚平均回收率分别为96.6%,RSD=0.77%。该法测定保济丸中厚朴酚、和厚朴酚含量具有操作简便、准确、专属性强、重现性好的优点,可用于保济丸中厚朴酚、和厚朴酚的含量测定,具有较好的应用推广价值。HPLC method for the determination of magnolol and honokiol in Baoji Pills was established.HPLC assay was performed on a SHIMADZU C_(18) column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),mobile phase was acetonitrile-water-glacial acetic acid(60∶40∶4),flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,column temperature was 30℃,the content of magnolol and honokiol in Baoji Pills were detected and analyzed.The results showed good linearity(r=0.9993,r=0.9992)between the concentrations of 27.4~274μg/mL and 25.44~254.4μg/mL for magnolol and honokiol,with meant recoveries of 97.5%,RSD=0.53%,respectively.The method for the determination of magnolol and honokiol in Baoji Pills by HPLC has the advantages of simple operation,accuracy,strong specificity and good reproducibility.The method can be used for the content determination of magnolol and honokiol in Baoji Pills,and has good application and promotion value.
