摘  要:采用碱熔-电感耦合等离子体光谱法测定钨矿石中的钨,方法简便、快速、实用性强,有效避免了碱熔-比色法前处理比较复杂和酸溶解不完全的缺点,适用于大批量样品的分析。依据《测量不确定度评定与表示指南》,分析了不确定度的重要来源,包括样品称量、消解、制备溶液过程、标准曲线的测定及重复测量等引入的不确定度,对各不确定度分量进行分析计算,最后合成标准不确定度,获得测量结果的扩展不确定度,对测量结果进行了评定。The method of alkali fusion inductively coupled plasma spectrometry for the determination of tungsten in tungsten ores is simple,rapid and practical.It effectively avoids the shortcomings of complex pretreatment and incomplete acid dissolution of alkali fusion colorimetry,and is suitable for the analysis of large quantities of samples.According to the guide for evaluation and expression of measurement uncertainty,the important sources of uncertainty were analyzed,including the uncertainty introduced by sample weighing,digestion,solution preparation process,determination of standard curve and repeated measurement.Each uncertainty component was analyzed and calculated,and then the standard uncertainty was synthesized to obtain the expanded uncertainty of measurement results.The measurement results were evaluated.
