摘  要:硅胶在人类生活中的应用非常广泛,其种类也有很多。A厂区目前主要生产规格为112-3、112-5、112-7、112-9四种规格的产品,但是这些规格的产品外观均出现发黄现象,对产品的外观影响极大。为了得到外观透明无色的产品,本实验通过实验室小试装置,研究DMC聚合高乙烯基生胶的聚合反应条件,以获得外观较好的聚合产物。最终实验结果得出,选用VMC中V4含量为98.5%时,导热油温度设定为120℃,通过油浴加热物料至105~110℃,搅拌速率200 r/min,升温105℃后立即加入碱胶聚合,所得到的聚合物清澈透明。Silica gel is widely used in human life,and there are many kinds of it.At present,factory A mainly produces products with four specifications:112-3,112-5,112-7 and 112-9.However,the appearance of these products has yellowed,which has a great impact on the appearance of the products.In order to get a transparent and colorless product,the polymerization reaction conditions of DMC polymerization of high vinyl raw gum through a small laboratory test device was studied,in order to obtain a better appearance of the polymerization product.The final experimental results showed that when the V4 content in VMC was 98.5%,the temperature of heat conduction oil was set to 120℃,the material was heated to 105~110℃by oil bath,the stirring rate was 200 r/min,and the polymer was clear and transparent by adding alkali glue polymerization immediately after heating up to 105℃.
