摘　　要：知识管理是图书馆的基础性工作之一。近年来,俄罗斯不断优化图书馆管理模式,创新图书馆管理的概念、原则、功能、内容等。俄罗斯图书馆知识管理是在图书馆目标管理、质量管理、综合管理等基础上进行的补充和完善,是对图书馆传统工作模式的改革与调整。俄罗斯图书馆知识管理有自身特色,从管理理念、管理内容、管理职能三个角度把握俄罗斯图书馆知识管理的创新经验,可以为我国图书馆事业的发展提供借鉴。knowledge management is one of the basic work of the library.In recent years,Russia has continuously optimized the library management mode and innovated the concept,principle,function and content of library management.Russian library knowledge management gets supplemented and improved on the basis of Library target management,quality management and comprehensive management.It is a reform and adjustment of the traditional working mode of the library.Russian library knowledge management has its own characteristics.Grasping the innovative experience of Russian library knowledge management from three perspectives of management concept,management content and management function can provide reference for the development of library cause in China.
