发展性社会工作取向下老年社会工作初探

摘　　要：老年群体在社会层面的赋权是老年社会工作发展的新趋势,从强调优势和增权的发展性社会工作视角审视老年社会工作,真正实现老年人的经济参与和在社会层面的权能。在发展性老年社会工作实践过程中面临社区社会服务行政化色彩重、实践活动执行偏差、社会对老年群体刻板印象影响老年增权目标等问题。需明确政府机构在老年社会工作中的职责定位、社会工作者清晰定位自身协同者角色、营造积极的老龄氛围,整合发展性老年社会工作服务。The empowerment of the elderly at the social level is a new development trend of social work for the elderly.Only by examining the social work of the elderly from the perspective of emphasizing advantages and empowerment can the elderly truly realize economic participation and empowerment at the social level.However,the practice of developmental social work for the elderly are faced with some problems which will exert influence on the goal of empowerment for the elderly,like heavy administrative color in community social services,deviations in implementing practical activities,social stereotype of the elderly,etc.For realizing the empowerment of the elderly at the social level,there is a need to clarify the responsibilities of government agencies,to have clear positions as coordinators for social workers,to create a positive atmosphere,and to integrate developmental social work services.
