摘 要:某金钨矿石中金品位3.88 g/t、WO_(3)品位2.12%,硫化矿物含量较低,而碳酸盐矿物的含量较高,不利于金和钨的浮选回收。根据矿石性质,试验采用重选—浮选联合工艺流程回收矿石中的金和钨。结果表明:采用重选工艺回收粗粒金,重选尾矿浮选回收细粒金后浮选钨,闭路试验获得了较好的选别指标,重选金精矿金品位362.00 g/t,浮选金精矿金品位70.21 g/t,重选、浮选金总回收率95.28%;钨精矿WO_(3)品位60.35%、WO_(3)回收率82.77%。A gold tungsten ore contains 3.88 g/t gold and 2.12%WO_(3).The sulfide content in the ore is low,while the carbonate mineral content is high,which is not conducive to the flotation recovery of gold and tungsten.According to the nature of the ore,the test adopts the gravity separation-flotation joint process to recover the gold and tungsten from the ore.The results show that the closed-circuit test has obtained good separation indicators when the coarse-grained gold is recovered through the gravity separation process,and after the fine-grained gold is recovered from gravity tailings by flotation,tungsten is recovered by the flotation.The gold grade of the gravity concentrate is 362.00 g/t,the gold grade of the flotation concentrate is 70.21 g/t,and the total recovery rate of gold from the gravity separation and flotation is 95.28%;the WO_(3) grade of tungsten concentrate is 60.35%,and the recovery rate of WO_(3) is 82.77%.
