摘 要:以某黄金生产企业选矿厂为研究对象,通过资料分析、采样监测等手段,研究了总氰化合物在全泥氰化选矿工艺流程中的平衡情况。研究结果显示:在不考虑取样、分析误差的前提下,在选矿生产工艺稳定,原辅材料、产污环节未发生变化,尾渣产生方式未发生变化,产量稳定时,选矿生产工艺流程总氰化合物平衡率为90.48%;其中,随尾矿进入尾矿库的总氰化合物占比为47.56%,浸吸流程总氰化合物消耗量占比为42.57%,解吸电解和活性炭再生流程总氰化合物消耗量占比为0.35%,剩余9.52%总氰化合物为生产过程中挥发、转化为有机氮类化合物、随金泥进入冶炼系统等。该研究为同类型黄金生产企业总氰化合物平衡及环保管理提供了技术依据。The paper takes the ore-dressing plant of a gold production enterprise as the research subject,and studies the total cyanide balance in the all-sliming cyanidation process using data analysis and sampling monitoring.The research results show that if sampling and analysis errors are not considered,with a stable ore-dressing process,unchanged primary and anxiliary materials and pollution generation links,unchanged tailings production manners,and steady production,the total cyanide balance rate in the ore-dressing process is 90.48%,the total cyanide that goes into the tailings pond with tailings accounting for 47.56%,the total cyanide consumption during the leaching and absorption accounting for 42.57%,the total cyanide consumption during desorption electrowinning and activated carbon regeneration accounting for 0.35%,and the rest 9.52%accounted for in the production process by volatilization,transfer to organic nitrogen compound,flow into the metallurgical system with gold slime,and so on.The study provides a technical basis for total cyanide balance and environmental management in similar gold production enterprises.
