摘  要:针对产品全生命周期管理系统中跨领域、跨阶段、跨层次的模型协同问题,提出一种基于数据模型的产品全生命周期模型关联优化技术。以航天产品后机身平尾系统为例,给出了基于复杂产品全生命周期信息模型的体系结构,并采用层次分析法研究了产品全生命周期信息模型间的关系。通过用数值来表征模型间关系的强弱,建立信息模型关系矩阵,并采用种群遗传算法对关系矩阵进行优化。根据优化结果,得出最优信息模型组合,从而提高基于模型的PLM系统的运行效率。通过实验验证了方法的可行性。To solve the problem of model collaboration among different fields,stages and levels in product lifecycle manage⁃ment system,a data model based model association optimization technology for product lifecycle model is proposed.Taking the rear fuselage tail system of an aerospace products as an example,the architecture based on the life cycle information model of complex product is presented,and the relationship between the information models of product life cycle is studied by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The relationship matrix of information model is established by using numerical value to represent the relationship between models,and the relationship matrix is optimized by using population genetic algorithm.According to the optimization re⁃sults,the optimal information model combination is obtained.Therefore,the operation efficiency of the model-based PLM system is improved.The feasibility of the method is verified by experiments.
