摘  要:针对现有环己酮精馏工艺能量利用率低、单位环己酮能耗高的缺点,采用Aspen Plus模拟计算软件计算、环己酮物性数据手工核算和热量计算,开发出一种新型轻酮塔双效精馏新工艺。介绍了该新工艺的流程及特点,以及在100 kt/a环己酮装置精馏工段的运用情况。生产实践表明:该轻酮塔双效精馏工艺可有效利用热量,节省蒸汽消耗,每年可节省生产成本600余万元,半年即可回收工艺改造的投资,经济效益显著,值得推广。For the shortcomings of low energy utilization rate and high energy consumption per unit cyclohexanone in the existing cyclohexanone distil⁃lation process,a new light ketone column double⁃effect distillation process is developed by using Aspen Plus simulation software calculation,manual cal⁃culation of cyclohexanone physical property data and heat calculation.The process and characteristics of the new technology and its application in the dis⁃tillation section of 100 kt/a cyclohexanone unit are introduced.The production practice shows that the light ketone column double⁃effect distillation process can realize effective heat utilization,save steam consumption.With more than 6 million yuan of production cost saved per year and investment of process transformation recovered within half a year,the economic benefits are significant,which is worthy of promotion.
