摘  要:建筑物常用的外围护有砌体墙、板材、幕墙等。较大层高厂房的外围护墙由于工艺等功能需要,常采用砌体围护墙。砌体围护墙既需要满足建筑功能要求,还应满足结构要求。砌体外围护墙,作为非结构构件,需要重视其设计,避免造成外倾、倒塌等破坏。文章从墙体自身稳定性、平面外抗风承载力、平面外抗震承载力等方面对一较大层高厂房的外围护墙进行了分析和设计。The common peripheral protection of buildings are masonry wall,plate,curtain wall,etc.Due to the needs of technology and other functions,masonry retaining wall is often used in the peripheral retaining wall of large storey factory buildings.Masonry enclosure wall should not only meet the requirements of building function,but also meet the requirements of structure.As a non structural component,masonry peripheral retaining wall needs to pay attention to its design,so as to avoid seismic damage such as extraversion and collapse.This paper analyzes and designs the external retaining wall of a large storey factory building from the aspects of wall stability,out of plane wind resistance bearing capacity and out of plane seismic bearing capacity.
