摘　　要：近年来,装配式建筑因其各种优点受到了各国业界人士的广泛研究讨论。文章通过对澳大利亚相关文献的研读,总结归纳了装配式建筑的优点及澳大利亚装配式建筑发展现状和必要性,并选择了两个已投入使用的项目进行案例分析,以此为我国装配式建筑的发展提供思路。Recently,prefabricated building has been widely studied and discussed because of its various advantages.Through the study of relevant literatures in Australia,this paper summarizes the current situation and advantages of prefabricated buildings and the necessity of developing prefabricated buildings in Australia,and then chooses two projects that have been put into use for case analysis,in order to provide ideas for the development of prefabricated buildings in China.
