永嘉县2020年12月中旬一次冷空气过程诊断分析

摘  要:利用MICAPS、NCEP再分析和地面气象观测资料,应用天气学原理和诊断分析方法,对2020年12月12日至17日浙江省永嘉县出现的一次强冷空气过程进行了诊断分析。结果表明:这次天气过程产生的环流背景是中高纬环流形势始终维持一脊一槽型,低涡中心位置东移南压至巴尔喀什湖西南,南支槽东移,槽后西北气流引导冷空气南下;这次冷空气天气过程的路径属于中路型;冷涡、冷高压环流和地面冷高压是这次天气过程产生的主要天气系统;充足的水汽条件、两冷夹一暖的天气层结特征为雨雪天气产生提供有利条件。Based on the reanalysis data of NCEP and the MICAPS,and surface meteorological observation data,with synoptic principles and diagnostic analysis methods,the paper presented the synoptic analysis of a severe cold air process occurred in Yongjia County,Zhejiang Province from December 12 to 17,2020.The results show that the circulation background of this weather process is that the circulation pattern of middle and high latitudes always maintains one ridge and one trough,the center of low vortex moves to the southwest of Balkashi Lake,the south trough moves to the east,and the northwest air flow behind the trough leads the cold air southward.The path of the cold air weather process belongs to the middle type.Cold vortex,cold high circulation and surface cold high are the main weather systems generated by this weather process.Sufficient water vapor and stratification between two cold and one warm weather provide strong conditions for the occurrence of rain and snow.
