摘  要:合成气直接转化制C_(2+)含氧化合物(乙醇、乙酸甲酯和多碳醇等)不仅是碳基原料经合成气向化学品转化的关键步骤,也是有效降低醇类等化学品石油依存度的重要途径。在传统费托合成催化剂上,C_(2+)含氧化合物服从Anderson-Schulz-Flory(ASF)分布,目标产物选择性偏低。近年来,利用接力催化路径催化合成气高选择性制C_(2+)含氧化合物在多个催化剂体系中取得了成功。概述了接力催化路径设计及其合成气直接转化制C_(2+)含氧化合物的研究进展,总结了关键设计策略和典型案例,讨论了影响催化性能的关键因素,如催化剂混合方式(活性位点的空间距离)和原料气n(H2)/n(CO)等。分析认为,接力催化能够打破合成气转化的ASF分布,大幅提高目标产物C_(2+)含氧化合物的选择性。本工作可为开发高活性、高选择性和高稳定性合成气转化催化剂提供思路和启发。The direct catalytic conversion of syngas into C_(2+)oxygenates is both a key step for the transformation of carbon-based resources to high value chemicals,and an important way to alleviate the dependence on petroleum resources effectively.The C_(2+)oxygenates follow the Anderson-Schulz-Flory(ASF)distribution on traditional Fischer-Tropsch(F-T)catalysts,which has low selectivity towards target products.Recently,the relay catalysis strategy has been successfully applied to direct conversion of syngas to C_(2+)oxygenates over several multifunctional relay catalysts systems.Recent developments in relay catalysis path design for syngas direct conversion to C_(2+)oxygenates were reviewed,several key design strategies and typical cases were summarized,and key factors affecting the catalysts properties such as catalysts packing mode(the proximity between the two catalytic sites)and n(H2)/n(CO)ratio etc.were discussed.It is concluded that relay catalysis can break ASF distribution on syngas conversion and improve target products(C_(2+)oxygenates)selectivity greatly.This work can provide ideas and inspiration for the development of catalysts with higher selectivity,activity and stability for syngas conversion reactions.
