摘  要:H_(2)S分解制氢是实现其资源化利用的重要途径,而开发高效的H_(2)S分解催化剂是关键。采用溶液燃烧法合成了系列钙钛矿催化剂LaMO_(3)(M=Ce、Ni、Co、Mo、Cu、Sr、V或Cr),考察了其在H_(2)S分解制氢中的催化性能,通过XRD、BET和SEM/EDS等表征了催化剂的组成和结构,研究了ABO_(3)型钙钛矿催化剂中B位元素对催化剂产氢性能的影响。结果表明,8种不同B位元素的钙钛矿催化剂都具有良好的产氢活性;在φ(H_(2)S)=5%,GHSV=48000 h^(-1)的反应条件下,LaNiO_(3)具有最高的H_(2)S转化率,在800℃时可达18.2%,H_(2)选择性为47.4%;LaCrO_(3)表现出最高的H_(2)选择性,在800℃时可达61.3%,H_(2)S转化率为15.2%。Hydrogen production from H_(2)S decomposition is an important way to realize its resource utilization,and the development of efficient H_(2)S decomposition catalyst is the key.A series of perovskite catalysts LaMO_(3)(M=Ce,Ni,Co,Mo,Cu,Sr,V or Cr)were prepared by solution combustion synthesis,and their catalytic performance in hydrogen production from H_(2)S decomposition was investigated.The composition and structure of the catalysts were characterized by XRD,BET and SEM/EDS,and the effect of B-site element in ABO_(3) perovskite catalyst on the hydrogen production performance of the catalysts was studied.The results show that the perovskite catalyst with eight different B-site elements have good hydrogen production activity.When the reaction condition isφ(H_(2)S)=5%,GHSV=48000 h^(-1),LaNiO_(3) has the highest H_(2)S conversion,which can reach 18.2%at 800℃,and the H_(2) selectivity is 47.4%.LaCrO_(3) has the highest H_(2) selectivity,which can reach 61.3%at 800℃,and the H_(2)S conversion is 15.2%.
