摘　　要：现代医院建筑设计需要体现绿色发展理念、人性化理念,还应该在智能化、自动化等方面对内部结构进行思考。交通组织也是建筑设计必须关注的要素,从各方面进行综合考量,提高建筑设计的合理性。但是目前建筑设计人员没有把握医院建筑的自身特征,在设计期间由于意识薄弱,建筑设计方案存在较多问题。本文总结医院建筑设计方案存在的主要问题,从现代医院建筑角度出发,给出建筑设计的优化建议。The architectural design of modern hospitals needs to reflect the concept of green development and humanization, and it should also think about the internal structure from the aspects of intelligence and automation. Traffic organization is also an element that architectural design must pay attention to. Comprehensive consideration should be made from all aspects to improve the rationality of architectural design. But at present, because the architectural designers do not grasp the characteristics of the hospital building itself, there are many problems in the architectural design scheme due to the low consciousness during the design period. This paper will summarize the main problems in the architectural design of hospitals, and give the optimization suggestions of architectural design from the perspective of modern hospital architecture.
