摘　　要：腰方肌阻滞(quadratus lumborum block,QLB)是围手术期常用的镇痛方法,可辅助全身麻醉应用于腹部手术。目前关于QLB后沿神经阻滞范围出现皮肤大面积泛红的疑似过敏病例报道较少。文章报道1例腹腔镜下肾上腺瘤术中应用后路QLB后出现大面积皮肤潮红的病例,为今后进一步认识围手术期过敏及减少并发症的发生提供思路。Quadratus lumborum block(QLB)is commonly used for postoperative analgesia after abdominal surgery.However,there are a few reports of allergic reactions following QLB.Here the authors report a case of allergic reactions following QLB in patients undergoing laparoscopic resection of adrenal adenoma to provide clues for further understanding of perioperative allergy and reducing complications in the future.
