摘　　要：近年来,随着国家层面护理及麻醉质量控制指标的正式发布和麻醉护理专科化发展,麻醉科护理质量指标的研究日益受到国内护理学者的关注。文章从麻醉科护理岗位设置及职责范围、国内外麻醉护理质量控制指标研究现状、麻醉科护理质量控制指标的内容分析三方面进行综述,其中指标内容分析基于“结构⁃过程⁃结果”三维质量评估框架进行阐述,并提出了未来研究展望,旨在为今后构建统一、规范的麻醉科护理质量控制指标提供参考。In recent years,with nursing and anesthesia quality control indicators have been issued by the National Health Com⁃mission of the People's Republic of China,and the development of anesthesia nursing has been specialized,the study of nursing quality indicators in the anesthesiology department has received increasing attention from domestic nursing scholars.This review introduces the current status of research on anesthesiology nursing job settings and scope of responsibilities,anesthesia nursing quality control in⁃dicators at home and abroad,and the content of the anesthesia nursing quality control indicators based on the three⁃dimensional quality evaluation model of"Structure⁃Process⁃Outcome",and puts forward the future research prospect to provide a reference for further re⁃search on the development of unified and standardized quality control indicators in the anesthesiology department in the future.
