摘　　要：当前机场应急救援保障能力建设存在的核心问题是普遍忽视日常应急准备工作在应急救援保障能力形成中的关键作用,由此在规划引导、应急预案、组织建设、资源投入、培训演练与评估改进等方面带来一系列问题,制约机场应急救援保障能力的持续提升;针对这些问题,面对新形势下的挑战,机场应该从转变理念、加强队伍、提高统筹、预案建设、加大投入、补齐资源、培训演练、评估改进等几方面采取措施持续提升机场应急救援保障能力。At present,the core problem in the construction of airport emergency rescue capacity lies in the ignorance of daily emergency preparation,which brings a series of problems in planning and guidance,emergency plan,organization and construction,resource investment,training and drilling,evaluation and improvement,restricting the continuous improvement of airport emergency rescue capacity.In view of these problems and challenges in a new condition,the airport should take such measures to continuously improve the airport’s emergency rescue ability as changing mindset,strengthening teams,improving overall planning,pre-planning,increasing investment,supplementing resources,training and drilling,evaluation and improvement.
