摘 要:济南齐鲁黄河大桥主桥采用五跨三连拱下承式网状吊杆系杆拱桥,桥跨组合为(95+280)m+420 m+(280+95)m,桥宽60.7 m,公轨合建。在调研国内外大跨度钢拱桥的基础上,对该桥420 m跨拱桥的拱轴线、矢跨比、拱肋高度、拱肋横撑布置等进行参数分析,最终确定主拱拱轴线采用二次抛物线,矢跨比为1/6,拱肋高4.0 m,拱肋之间通过6道一字横撑连接,两片拱肋在跨中168 m范围内合并为整体式截面,拱肋内倾角度为3.0°。420 m跨拱桥采用提篮拱布置,主拱由拱肋、拱肋连接和横撑组成。拱肋采用焊接五边形钢箱结构,沿拱轴线保持等高等宽,纵向受力板件采用Q420qE钢材,横隔板及横撑系统采用Q345qE钢材。吊杆拱上锚固构造采用叉耳板形式,叉耳板插入拱肋隔板,与拱肋隔板、底板采用全熔透焊接。拱肋采用三段法安装,两边段采用梁上支架拼装,中间段采用“低位拼装、垂直提升安装”。对该桥主拱进行静力、动力及稳定性分析,结果均满足设计要求。The main bridge of Qilu Huanghe River Bridge in Jinan,is an arch bridge featuring its three continuous network arches that create five spans of 95 m,280 m,420 m,280 m and 95 m.With deck width reaching up to 60.7 m,the bridge is expected to accommodate vehicle lanes and lightrail tracks on the same level.Based on the survey of domestic and overseas long-span steel arch bridges,the parameters of the 420 m-span network arch bridge were analyzed,including the arch axis,rise-to-span ratio,depth of arch rib and layout of lateral bracings.As a result,a parabolic elevation,rise-to-span ratio of 1∶6,and arch depth of 4 m are determined.The two arch ribs,which are transversely connected by six I-shaped lateral bracings,lean inwardly towards each other with an inclination angle of 3.0°and merge to be an integral section within the 168 m-long arch crown zone.In general,the 420 m-span arch bridge is actually a basket-handle arch bridge,where the main arch consists of arch ribs,connections and lateral bracings.The arch ribs are welded pentagonal steel box structures,with depth and width remaining constant along the arch axis.The longitudinal plates are made from Q420qE steel,while diaphragms and lateral bracings are made from Q345qE steel.The hangers are connected with the arch ribs via eye forks,the forks are inserted into the diaphragms inside the arch ribs and welded with the diaphragms and base plates by full penetration welding.Each arch ribs was divided into three zones to facilitate construction,the two side zones were assembled on the scaffolds mounted on the deck,the central zone was assembled on a lower platform first and then vertically lifted into position.The static and dynamic properties as well as the stability of the main arch were analyzed,and all met the design requirements.
