摘  要:针对大截面烟道单点测量不具代表性的问题,提出基于原位取样技术的氨逃逸分布式在线监测方法,并对该测量技术进行现场应用。测量结果表明,该原位取样测量仪表因取样路径极短,可在工况变化时迅速做出响应;同时因该仪表直接在烟道内部完成取样及测量,可保证测量样气不失真;配合多通道分析仪可精确测量脱硝后各分区氨逃逸率的同步数据,快速反映各分区喷氨阀门的开度是否合适,为脱硝喷氨分区阀门开度调整提供依据,进一步指导精细化喷氨,降低运行成本及环境污染。同时可最大程度降低因氨逃逸过高造成的机组停机等运行风险。In view of the problem that single point measurement in large section flue is unrepresentative,the distributed online monito⁃ring method for ammonia escape based on in⁃situ sampling technology is proposed and the method is applied in the field.The field measurement results show that the in⁃situ sampling measuring instrument can respond quickly with the working conditions changing due to the short sampling path.The instrument can ensure that there is no distortion in the measured sample gas because the sampling and measuring process are completed in the flue.With multi⁃channel analyzer,it can accurately measure the synchronous data of ammonia escape rate in each zone after denitration,and quickly reflect whether the opening of ammonia injection valve in each zone is appropri⁃ate.Then it can provide the basis for adjusting the valve opening of denitration ammonia injection zoning,further guide the fine ammo⁃nia injection,and reduce the operation cost and environmental pollution.At the same time,it can minimize the operation risks such as unit shutdown caused by excessive ammonia escape.
