摘  要:近年来,京隆发电公司一直通过掺烧低成本劣质煤降低发电成本,但掺烧劣质煤会带来制粉系统干燥出力不足、电耗增加、磨煤机及粉管磨损严重等一系列问题,影响锅炉机组安全稳定运行。针对京隆发电公司锅炉制粉系统出力不足的情况进行摸底,通过理论分析和数值模拟,确定不同工况下磨煤机内部流场、煤粉浓度场的分布,提出了磨煤机内部中心干燥+磨盘流化+回粉锥体优化的增加出力改造方案。改造后磨煤机出力明显增加,制粉单耗进一步下降,满足了高负荷磨煤机五运一备的要求,可为同类型磨煤机改造提供一定的参考。In recent years,Jinglong power generation company has been burning low⁃cost inferior coal to reduce the cost of power gen⁃eration.However,the mixing and burning of inferior coal will cause a series of problems such as insufficient drying output of the pulver⁃izing system,increasing power consumption,serious wear of coal mill and pulverized tube,which will affect the safe and stable opera⁃tion of the boiler unit.The output of the boiler pulverizing system of Jinglong power generation company is not enough.Through theoret⁃ical analysis and numerical simulation,the distribution of the internal flow field and pulverized coal concentration field of the coal mill under different working conditions is determined.A modification scheme of increasing output is proposed for the central drying of the coal mill.The fluidization of the mill disc and the optimization of the cone of powder return.After the reform,the output of the coal mill increased,and the single consumption of pulverized coal decreased further,which not only met the requirements of five hauls and one standby of the high⁃load coal mill,but also realized the purpose of energy saving.It can provide reference for coal mills reform of the same type.
