摘　　要：乡村旅游中游客的空间体验需要得到重视,因而村落空间应该在原真性保护的基础上尽可能契合游客行为意愿。然而,游客对空间要素的重要性感知往往被忽略,但事实上其应该与满意度感知共同构成空间质量的评价依据。本文以中东铁路沿线代表型村落黑龙江省哈尔滨市尚志市一面坡镇镇北村为例,运用重要性—满意度分析(简称“IPA”)的方法体系探究游客视角的村落空间问题。首先根据游客的通行、消费、观览、互动四类行为选取游客的空间体验评价指标,借助李克特量表调查游客对镇北村4个空间维度共36个空间因子的满意度与重要性的感知,然后对所得数据构建IPA模型并进行修正,所有空间因子被划分为4个优先级。由此发现镇北村旅游发展的空间亮点与短板,提出各空间要素相对应的改善措施以优化游客空间体验,从而推动该村的保护与发展,以期为中东铁路沿线城镇村的旅游空间规划建设提供借鉴。Tourists'spatial experience needs to be paid attention to in rural tourism.Therefore,the village space should meet the behavior requirements of tourists as much as possible on the basis of authenticity protection.However,tourists'perception of the importance of spatial elements is often ignored,but in fact it should form the basis of evaluation of spatial quality together with the perception of satisfaction.Taking Zhenbei Village,in Yimianpo Town,Harbin City,Heilongjiang Province,a representative village along the Middle East Railway,as an example,this paper used the Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA)methodology to explore the problem of village space from the perspective of tourists.First,the evaluation indicators of spatial experience in rural tourism were selected according to the four types of behaviors of tourists,including traveling,consuming,sightseeing and interacting,and the Likert scale was used to investigate tourists'perception of satisfaction and importance of 36 spatial attributes in 4 spatial dimensions.Then,an importance-performance analysis model was constructed and revised,and all attributes were divided into 4 categories according to priority,where it was discovered the bright spots and shortcomings of the space in the tourism development of Zhenbei Village.The improvement measures for each spatial attribute were proposed to optimize the spatial experience of tourists,thereby promoting the protection and development of the village and providing reference for the space planning and construction of towns and villages along the Middle East Railway from the perspective of tourism development.
