摘　　要：信息技术的发展改变了人们的学习方式,高校图书馆的服务功能转型势在必行。作者通过中国知网对图书馆学、情报学含关键词“服务”的成果进行比较研究,分析读者服务的发展方向。研究发现:图书馆服务是近年来图书馆界研究的热点,智慧服务、知识服务是今后研究和发展的方向;研究选题以热点研究为主流、以读者需求为导向、以时代发展为引领;最后作者提出了高校图书馆服务功能转型应夯实学科知识服务、优化空间育人服务、拓展社会服务领域的策略,提升图书馆服务水平。The development of information media has changed people’s way of learning, so the transformation of service function of university library is imperative. Through the comparative study of the research results of library science and information science with the keyword“service”, this paper analyzes development of reader service, and concludes that library service is the hot spot of library research in recent years, and wisdom service and knowledge service are the mainstream of future research. The characteristics of research topics are focused on hot topics, oriented by readers’ needs, and guided by the development of The Times. This paper puts forward that the service function transformation of university library should strengthen the discipline knowledge service, optimize the space education service, expand the social service field, and improve the service of library.
