摘　　要：针对大型复杂流道结构的制造与安装难题,结合分析传统工艺方案,提出分段制造及分步安装新工艺,对分段制造及分步安装工艺,流道出口段以及嵌补段的内场制造及上船台安装,流道装焊精度及变形控制等提出具体的工艺要求,将该工艺在某艇的建造中进行应用,提高了流道制造和安装的精度和效率,取得了良好的效益。Aiming at the manufacturing and installation problems of the complex inlet duct,a new technology named manufacture in sections and install in stages was proposed based on the traditional technologies.Specific technological requirements were put forward,including infield manufacturing of outlet section and inlaid supplementary section,installation of upper slipway,and control of runner welding accuracy and deformation.Application of the proposed technology in the manufacture of a new ship showed that the manufacturing efficiency and installation accuracy can be improved,with good benefit.
