摘  要:结合客滚船稳性的特殊要求分析斯德哥尔摩协议(SA)的主要内容及难点,以一型台湾海峡航线客滚船作为算例,分析协议中稳性相关要求对设计方案的影响以及SA与最新生效的SOLAS 2020的关系,总结SA对国内客滚船的影响,对规范的发展给出相关建议。The main contents and difficulties of the Stockholm agreement(SA)were analyzed in combination with the special requirements for the stability of ro-ro passenger ships(ROPAX).Taking a type of ROPAX of the Taiwan strait route as an example,the impact of the relevant requirements for stability in SA on the design scheme was discussed,as well as the relationship between SA and the newly effective SOLAS 2020.The influence of SA upon domestic ro-ro passenger ships was summarized,and relevant suggestions were given for the development of regulations.
