摘  要:针对目前渔船现有的保鲜技术已经不能满足周期渔获的储藏要求,渔民对超低温技术保鲜质量存疑的问题,对某现有桁拖渔船重新设计和改装超低温制冷系统和设备,分别对其原有传统制冷装置和超低温制冷装置下的渔货保鲜效果进行测试,比较这两类冷藏技术对鱼舱的制冷效果、渔获物的产品品质以及经济效益等,结果表明,超低温冷冻技术能够在桁拖渔船上实现应用,相比传统的冷冻技术,可使虾类渔货储藏周期更长,渔货品质变化更缓慢,可为国内渔船冷藏技术的应用与推广提供参考。In view of the current preservation technology of fishing boats,it is no longer able to meet the storage requirements of periodic fisheries,and fishermen have doubts about the quality of ultra-low temperature technology preservation and other issues.Take an existing beam tug as an example,the ultra-low temperature refrigeration system and equipment were redesigned and optimized,and the fresh-keeping effects of the original traditional refrigeration device and the ultra-low temperature refrigeration device were tested to compare the product quality and economic benefits of the obtained objects.The results showed that the ultra-low temperature freezing technology can be applied on beam tugs;compared with traditional freezing technology,the storage period of shrimp fish is longer and the quality of the fish changes more slowly.It can provide reference for the application and promotion of domestic fishing boat refrigeration technology in the future.
