摘 要:为了解深水环境下以高分子材料为摩擦副的机械密封性能,建立机械密封热固耦合模型,分析介质压力、摩擦系数和弹簧比压对机械密封热变形的影响,结果表明,随着介质压力、摩擦系数和弹簧比压的增大,机械密封摩擦副的最高温度也随之增大,但摩擦系数和弹簧比压引起的温升相对更大;介质压力对摩擦副静环未接触部位的轴向变形影响较大,但对摩擦副动环的轴向变形基本没有影响;介质压力、摩擦系数和弹簧比压对接触面积的影响不同,导致摩擦产生的热量不同,从而引起热变形上的差异。In order to study the performance of mechanical seal with polymer material as friction pair in deep-sea environment,the thermo-structure coupling model of mechanical seal was established,and the effects of medium pressure,friction coefficient and spring specific pressure on the thermal deformation of mechanical seal were investigated.The results showed that the maximum temperature of mechanical seal increases with the increase of medium pressure,friction coefficient and spring specific pressure,but the temperature rise caused by friction coefficient and spring specific pressure is relatively greater;the medium pressure has a great influence on the axial deformation of the non-contact part of the static ring,but has little influence on the axial deformation of the moving ring;the influence of medium pressure,friction coefficient and spring specific pressure on the contact area is different,so the friction heat is different,which leads to the difference of thermal deformation.
