摘  要:针对传统直流断路器用做船舶直流微电网母联开关存在体积大、成本高的问题,根据船舶直流电网电力推进系统的小体积、高可靠性,以及灵活布局等需求,设计一类适应船舶和相似直流微电网的固态母联开关,减少器件数量、成本和体积,通过搭建电力推进系统精细化仿真模型,分析优化拓扑电路故障关断瞬态的电气特征,验证设计的可行性,仿真结果表明,设计的母联开关拓扑相比传统断路器具有良好的关断续流和吸收功能,关断震荡时间约5 ms、过电压约1300 V。The traditional DC breaker,used as marine DC micro-grid bus tie switch,has the defect of large size and high cost.Based on electric performance,small volume,high stability and low cost analyze of marine DC micro grid,a kind of solid state bus switch,which is suitable for using on marine DC micro-grids or other similar systems,were deign and optimized to reduce the quantity,cost and volume.A refine simulation model of the electric propulsion system was constructed to analyze and verify the electric performance of new deigned topology.The simulation results showed that new bus tie topology has better function of follow current ability and overvoltage absorption than the traditional DC breaker.The shock time and overvoltage of the new bus tie switch are 5 ms and 1300 v.
