摘 要:以提升机NCF18/600V主轴承为研究对象,针对滚动轴承随机振动系统参数和随机结构尺寸影响下的不确定性问题,开展了滚动轴承振动磨损可靠性研究。首先,基于滚动轴承点蚀故障动力学模型,结合Holm⁃Archard滑动磨损方程,建立了滚动轴承振动磨损模型;其次,将振动磨损模型以子程序的形式嵌入ABAQUS有限元软件中,实现了滚动体表面磨损深度及形貌的仿真;然后,联合使用拉丁化分层抽样技术和自适应Kriging代理模型,开展了滚动轴承振动磨损的不确定性量化研究;最后,使用高阶L矩可靠性方法开展了滚动轴承的振动磨损可靠性分析。对比滚动轴承正常磨损与振动磨损下的可靠度曲线表明,滚动轴承的振动不仅加剧了磨损的可靠性退化过程,而且增大了磨损的可靠度退化速率。Aiming at the uncertainty of the vibration system parameters and structural sizes for the rolling element bearing,the vibration wear reliability of NCF18/600V main bearing for a mine hoist is investigated.Firstly,the vibration wear model of rolling element bearing is established based on the dynamic equation of rolling element bearing with a spall on outer race,combined with Holm-Archard sliding wear equation.Then,the simulation on surface wear morphology of rolling element is realized by embedding the vibration wear model in the form of sub⁃routine into ABAQUS software.After that,the Latinized stratified sampling technique and adaptive Kriging sur⁃rogate model are employed to conduct uncertainty quantification for vibration wear simulation of rolling element bearing.Finally,the high-order L moment method is employed to analyze the vibration wear reliability of rolling element bearing.Compared with the wear reliability of rolling element bearing without vibration behavior,the vi⁃bration of rolling element bearing not only aggravates the wear reliability degradation process of rolling element bearing,but also increases the wear reliability degradation rate of rolling element bearing.
