摘  要:随着机载二次电源系统设计的不断更新和发展,机载用电设备对供电电源的要求不断提高,供电电源冗余备份成为一项基本要求,同时近年来全国产器件电路设计方案已经成为机载二次电源系统设计的必然趋势。针对以上两方面需求,提出了一种基于全国产化器件的冷或门电路设计方案,用于机载电源冗余备份电路设计,提高机载供电电源的可靠性。仿真与实验测试结果验证了方案的有效性和可行性。With the continuous updating and developing of the design of airborne secondary power supply,the requirements of the airborne equipment for the power supply are increasing,and the redundancy power supply becomes a basic requirement.At the same time,in recent years,the circuit design scheme by using all-homemade devices has become the inevitable trend in designing airborne secondary power supply system.In view of above requirements,this paper proposes a cool-oring circuit based on all-homemade devices,which is used for the design of redundancy power supply to improve the reliability of airborne power supply.Simulation and test prove the effectiveness and feasibility of the circuit design scheme.
