摘 要:利用全国流动人口卫生计生动态监测调查数据,采用补对数-对数模型、工具变量法与中介效应分析法,研究中国一线城市流动人口的住房产权与公共服务之间联系与作用机制。结果表明:住房产权对公共服务存在显著正向影响,即拥有住房产权的流动人口取得相对完整的基本公共服务的概率将会更大。在住房产权与公共服务取得性之间,流入地户籍存在中介调节作用,即流动人口购买住房将有机会获得所在城市的城镇家庭户口,进而获得较为完整的公共服务。对于农业户口群体,是否拥有住房产权对他们能否享受流入地完整的基本公共服务影响更大,该现象符合我国城乡二元结构特征。Based on the housing problem of floating population,this paper studied the relationship and mechanism between housing property rights and public service,and used the data of the“China Migrants Dynamic Survey”(CMDS),and adopted the complementary log-log model,the instrumental variable method and the mediation effect analysis method,confirming that housing property rights have a significant positive impact on public service.Meanwhile,this research shows that household registration,as a mediator,plays a role between them,and the floating population will have the opportunity to obtain the registration,and then enjoy relatively complete public service.The housing property rights have a greater impact on the enjoyment of complete basic public service among the agricultural group,which is also conformed the urban-rural dual structure in China.
