摘　　要：依据地区电网发展状况与运行特点,建立电网企业投资能力评估指标体系,采用投影寻踪模型确定指标权重,结合灰色关联理论,计算出各地区电网企业综合效益评估值,在此基础上提出了基于效益的多目标投资决策模型,实现了对各地区电网的投资最优分配,为电网企业投资规划提供指导。According to the development and operation characteristics of regional power grid,investment ability evaluation index system of power grid enterprises is established and the index weight is determined with projection pursuit model.Combined with Grey Relation Theory,the comprehensive benefits evaluation value of power grid enterprises in each region is calculated.On this basis,a multi-objective investment decision-making model based on benefit is proposed to realize the optimal allocation of investment to the power grid in each region,which provides guidance for the investment planning of power grid enterprises.
