摘 要:以山西某火电机组为应用对象,通过采用预处理+蒸汽机械再压缩降膜蒸发结晶+烟气旁路蒸发的脱硫废水零排放处理技术改造后,取得了较好的效果,主要设备均满足设计出力要求,在实现全厂脱硫废水零排放的基础上,回收高品质蒸馏水达30 t/h,提高了公司的经济和环保效益,同时分析了该技术方案对空预器入、出口温度的影响,为国内其他电厂实施脱硫废水零排放改造提供了参考。In this paper,a thermal power unit in Shanxi is taken as the application object.Good results have been achieved after zero emission treatment technology transformation of pretreatment+MVR(mechanical vapor recompression)falling film evaporation crystallization+flue-gas by-pass evaporation is adopted,and all the main equipment meets the design output requirements.On the basis of realization of zero emission of desulfurization wastewater in the whole plant,the recovery of high-quality distilled water reaches 30 t/h,which improves the economic and environmental benefits of the company.At the same time,the influence of the technical scheme on the inlet and outlet temperatures of the air preheater is analyzed,which provides reference for the implementation of zero emission transformation of desulfurization wastewater in other domestic power plants.
