摘  要:某公司硝基氯苯装置的3台混酸中间罐自运行以来,多次发生腐蚀泄漏导致停用,给装置生产的稳定运行带来较大影响。针对混酸中间罐的腐蚀问题,通过现场腐蚀挂片试验,研究了不同材料在混酸中间罐实际工况中的耐蚀性能,明确了腐蚀原因,并提出了相应的解决措施。混酸中间罐投用近两年未新增腐蚀泄漏点,防腐效果良好。Three mixed acid tanks in a nitrochlorobenzene unit of a company were shut down due to repeated corrosion leakage,which greatly affected the stable operation of the unit.In order to solve the problem,corrosion resistance of different materials in the actual working conditions of the mixed acid tanks was studied through field coupon test;the corrosion causes were identified and corresponding solutions were recommended.No new corrosion leakage point was added to the tanks in the past two years.
